I’ve been smoking meats for years—brisket, butts, jerky—you name it. And let’s be real: I made too much. My wife doesn’t eat red meat, and there’s only so much I could down myself.

So I did what any guy would do—I started handing it out. First to friends. Then to co-workers. Then to guys on commercial job sites.

And that’s when it happened.

They started hunting me down in the parking lot, asking, “Got any more of that jerky?” One guy even tried to throw cash at me in exchange for another bag. It was wild.

People weren’t just eating it—they were craving it.

That’s when I realized: this isn’t just a hobby. This is something people actually NEED.

So, 3 Guys Jerkin’ was born.
